1 Tbsp (15 mL) canola oil
1 1/2 lb (680 gr) sugar snap peas, strings removed
to taste, salt and pepper
3/4 cup (190 mL) cooked green lentils
1/2 tsp (2 mL) sesame oil
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice and zest
2 tsp (10 mL) sesame seeds
Quick tip: Add red chili flakes to the peas at the beginning to add heat to the dish.
