    ½ lb (250 g) cream cheese, softened

    1 cup (250 mL) sour cream

    ½ cup (125 mL) Greek vinaigrette dressing

    1 Tbsp (15 mL) oregano, dried

    1 cup (250 mL) black olives, sliced

    2 cups (500 mL) whole red lentils, cooked and shocked

    2 cups (500 mL) tomatoes, seeded and small dice

    ½ cup (125 mL) red onion, small dice

    1 cup (250 mL) cucumber, seeded and small dice

    1 cup (250 mL) feta cheese, crumbled


Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, and vinaigrette until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine oregano, olives, lentils, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and feta and toss to evenly blend.
  3. Spread cheese onto a large serving plate and top with lentil mix.
  4. Serve with pita bread.
