1 lb (500 g) ground turkey
1 apple, cored and grated
1 large egg
3 Tbsp (45 mL) chopped fresh sage OR 2 tsp (10 mL) dried sage
1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
2 Tbsp (30 mL) olive oil, for brushing
