¼ cup (60 mL) low-sodium soy sauce
½ cup (125 mL) scallions, chopped
3 Tbsp (45 mL) dark brown sugar
1 quart (1 L ) kimchi, roughly chopped
1 quart (1 L) prepared coleslaw
3 cups (750 mL) kewpie mayo
