¼ cup (60 mL) chocoloate chips, melted
½ cup (125 mL) split red lentils, oven roasted*
½ cup (125 mL) whole red lentils, oven roasted and cooled**
¼ cup (60 mL) pistachios, unsalted
½ cup (125 mL) pumpkin seeds, raw, unsalted
¼ cup (60 mL) almonds, sliced
½ cup (125 mL) freeze dried berries
To prepare oven roasted lentils: * Pre-soak split lentils for 1 hour, or cook normally. Drain well, lay out evenly on a prepared tray, and roast for 15-20 minutes at 400⁰F (200⁰C), stirring every 5-10 minutes. ** Pre-soak whole lentils for 12 hours, or cook normally. Drain well, lay out evenly on a prepared tray, and roast for 30 minutes at 400⁰F (200⁰C).
