¼ cup (60 mL) fresh flat leaf parsley, minced
¼ cup (60 mL) fresh thyme, minced
½ tsp (2 mL) salt

2 cups (500 mL) whole red lentils, cooked and drained well
2 cups (500 mL) brown rice, cooked and drained well
