- Preheat the grill to 400°F. Combine the mascarpone, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice together until smooth in consistency. Mix in lentils and coconut flakes. Set aside.
- Combine brown sugar with the butter and toss with the cut pineapple. Grill pineapple on each side. Remove from heat, plate, and top with prepared sauce.
