There's no better after-school snack than these Garden Tortilla Rollups. Savoury flavours of garlic, chives, dill, sundried tomatoes and earthy lentils in cream cheese are truly irresistible!

- Combine cream cheese with garlic, chive, dill, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly onto five tortillas. Sprinkle lentils, peppers, carrot, and sundried tomato evenly on top of each of the wraps.
- Tightly roll each of the tortillas and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until the roll is firm.
- When ready, remove plastic wrap and slice into bite-size pieces. Lay on a plate and garnish with fresh herbs.
Quick tip: These are a great make-ahead picnic snack - prepare in advance and slice the day of.
