    2 cups (500 mL) whole red lentils, cooked and drained well

    3 cups (750 mL) English cucumbers, quartered lengthwise, thinly sliced

    3 cups (750 mL) grape tomatoes, halved

    1 cup (250 mL) crumbled Feta

    1 cup (250 mL) Italian dressing


Directions

  1. Fold all ingredients together in a bowl and hold chilled for service.
