- In a mixing bowl, combine lentils, beef, and bacon into one evenly mixed blend. Form into evenly sized patties, approximately 3 oz (90 g) each.
- Add patties to a hot skillet and immediately smash to ensure even sear and crust.
- Cook for 3 minutes on each side. Add a slice of cheese to the patty in the last 30 seconds of cooking.
- To build each slider, open the slider bun, place the patty, crispy onion strings, and BBQ sauce.
