1 tsp (5 mL) whole grain mustard
salt & ground black pepper, to taste
Salad
2 cups (500 mL) finely sliced red cabbage
2 cups (500 mL) finely sliced green cabbage
1¼ cup (310 mL) cooked green or French green lentils
1 cup (250 mL) thinly sliced green bell pepper
Directions
- WHISK together all dressing ingredients, in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- COMBINE the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- TOSS with dressing until evenly coated. Adjust seasoning to taste. 4 PLACE in refrigerator, covered, to chill slightly before serving.
