2½ (625 mL) cups bread flour
½ cup (125 mL) lentil flour
Pizza Sauce:
¼ cup (60 mL) split red lentils
½ cup (125 mL) water
1 Tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
garlic salt, to taste
½ cup (125 mL) pizza sauce
200 g sliced fresh mozzarella
Lentils:
¼ cup (60 mL) black (Beluga) lentils
1 garlic clove, smashed
salt, to taste
Pizza Toppings:
Prosciutto
Arugula
Parmesan, shaved
