1 cup (250 mL) brown rice, dry
2 Tbsp (30 mL) flat leaf parsley, minced
1 Tbsp (15 mL) dried oregano
1 Tbsp (15 mL) dried marjoram
½ cup (125 mL) Roma tomato, minced
1/4 cup (60 mL) yellow onion, minced
30 each grape leaves*, drained, rinsed and dried from jar
2 cups (500 mL) low-sodium chicken stock
10 each, lemon wedges (optional)
*Substitute lacinado kale for grape leaves
